FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Where is Spektra Systems' data hosted?
Our data is hosted in secure cloud facilities with industry-standard security measures in place. We maintain strict compliance with data protection regulations to ensure your information remains protected.
Do you offer regional data hosting for EU clients?
Yes, we offer regional data hosting options specifically for our EU clients to ensure GDPR compliance and address data sovereignty requirements. Please contact our sales team for more details about EU-specific hosting options.
Which compliance frameworks do you maintain?
GDPR, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001:2022, and the Microsoft SSPA programme, alongside COPPA and FERPA for the education workloads we run. Our Compliance Policy sets out how each one is applied.
Who inside Spektra Systems can reach customer data?
Access is governed by role-based controls and zero-trust principles across every internal tool and third-party integration, so access is granted by role and purpose rather than by default. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and activity is monitored continuously.
Are lab environments isolated from one another?
Yes. Every participant gets their own provisioned environment for the duration of a lab or workshop, so one attendee's work is never visible to another and nothing is shared between cohorts or customers.
How can customers submit a data access or deletion request?
Email your request to privacy@spektrasystems.com. Our team will respond within regulatory timelines.
How do I report a security vulnerability?
Use the Report a Vulnerability link at the top of this page. Our Security Vulnerability Reporting process routes the report for rapid triage and resolution. Please do not disclose the issue publicly before we have responded.
