Best Partner Training LMS Platforms for 2026
The best LMS platforms for partner enablement in 2026, ranked on hands-on product practice, per-partner portals and CRM fit: CloudLabs, Docebo, Skilljar, CYPHER and more.

The best LMS for partner enablement depends on what your partners do after training. CloudLabs fits vendors whose partners deploy and demo a technical product. Docebo and Skilljar suit large partner academies with separate portals per partner. CYPHER Learning fits named partner tiers, and D2L Brightspace supports an unlimited number of partner domains. LearnUpon, Absorb, TalentLMS, Intellum, Thought Industries, Litmos and Paradiso cover course-based partner training.
We ranked 12 partner training LMS platforms on four criteria, each checked against the vendor’s own pages on October 15, 2026:
- Practice in your real product: can partners work in your software during training?
- Partner portals: does each partner company get its own portal and admin?
- CRM and PRM fit: how do completions reach your CRM or PRM?
- Public evidence: how much published proof backs the vendor’s claims?
Each entry has a “best for” line and one limitation.
Quick picks: the best partner training LMS by use case
| If you need | Start with |

| A large academy with a separate domain per partner group | Docebo or D2L Brightspace |
| Partner-side managers who enroll their own staff | Skilljar |

| A portal per reseller with HubSpot or Salesforce sync | LearnUpon |
| Published pricing for a smaller channel program | TalentLMS |
| Paid partner certification | Thought Industries |
1. CloudLabs
Best for: software vendors whose partners have to deploy, configure or demo the product, with certification graded on real work

- Labs and courses: courses combine labs, content, quizzes and certificates, and learning paths string courses together. One lab can run Azure, AWS or Google Cloud next to your own SaaS product, so partners train in the product they sell.
- Partner portals: each distributor gets a co-branded portal, and you control the content. Multi-tenant identity keeps each partner organization isolated.
- Tiers and certification: Gold partners see Gold content and Silver partners see Silver. Partners move through Bronze, Silver and Gold on performance-based assessments graded on lab work. CloudLabs describes the progression as “tied to actual product competency, not multiple-choice quizzes.”
- Partner-led selling: partners run co-branded workshops for their own customers, practice on self-paced lab vouchers and run labs against a registered deal.
- Reporting and CRM: partner activity dashboards and Power BI reports show who is progressing. CloudLabs pushes engagement signals to your CRM for pipeline attribution, and its features page names Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics.
- LMS, security and delivery: labs launch from Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard or Brightspace over LTI 1.1 and 1.3, with SAML or OIDC single sign-on and SCIM provisioning. CloudLabs is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliant and can run the whole channel program as a managed service.
- Scale and proof: more than 5 million labs provisioned, more than 1 million participants upskilled and more than 50,000 events supported. Check Point, Databricks, Palo Alto Networks and Red Hat appear on its partner enablement page, and a Check Point quote there says the service let the company “train our teams and partners over different products and cloud platforms.”
- Free start: qualifying ISVs can begin with a free partner enablement proof of concept.
- Limitation: CloudLabs names no PRM integration, so ask how partner data would reach Impartner or whichever PRM you run. Platform pricing is custom-quoted on an annual contract.
2. Docebo
Best for: enterprises running a large partner academy with a separate branded domain per partner group

- Company: founded in 2005 in Macherio, Italy, and listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.
- Partner domains: the Multi Domain app gives each partner audience its own domain, branding and administrative rights. The Extended Enterprise module adds separate sign-in for each user group.
- Tiers and certification: Docebo says it “unifies training across products, regions, and partner tiers”, and its Certification & Retraining app automates renewals.
- Integrations and sales: Salesforce and HubSpot, plus course sales through Shopify, Stripe and PayPal.
- Hands-on practice: Docebo sells Docebo Labs by Skillable as an add-on, and its marketplace lists ReadyTech Axis for virtual training labs.
- Customer example: FintechOS launched its partner academy on Docebo nine weeks after procurement.
- Limitation: Extended Enterprise is capped at 10 domains on the Enterprise tier and is a paid add-on on Elevate. The Salesforce integration costs extra.
3. Skilljar
Best for: software vendors that want a partner academy with delegated partner managers and lab integrations

- Company: founded in 2013 in Seattle and acquired by Gainsight in April 2025. Gainsight describes it as built for customer and partner training.
- Academy setup: one to three academy sites depending on the plan, learner groups, certifications and 14 admin roles.
- Partner managers: External Management lets you appoint “Student Managers” at a partner who add learners, enroll them in content and track their progress.
- Hands-on practice: the integrations page lists CloudShare, Heropa, Instruqt, Skillable and Skytap.
- Customer example: Alarm.com’s training “is primarily focused on external partners”. It moved from about 30 to 40 people a month to tens of thousands and has certified more than 14,000 technicians since relaunching its program in 2022.
- Limitation: Student Managers need the Professional plan or higher. Salesforce is a Premium integration, and HubSpot is missing from the integrations list. Skilljar has no partner training product page, so partner use sits inside its customer academy product.
4. LearnUpon
Best for: vendors that want a separate portal for every reseller, with HubSpot or Salesforce sync

- Portals: you set up training per audience, and LearnUpon says one customer runs more than 800 portals from a single account. TeamViewer runs separate portals for its employees and for its resellers and distributors. Each partner can have its own portal, URL and branding.
- Learning and certification: Learning Journeys guide partners through onboarding, and certification and re-certification are built in.
- Integrations: HubSpot, Planhat and Salesforce, plus Gong and Impact.com under sales and partner enablement. Courses sell through Shopify, Stripe and PayPal.
- Limitation: the partner training page now redirects to the customer education product, which starts at 300 users. White labeling and e-commerce come with the Enterprise plan, and LearnUpon lists no hands-on lab integration.
5. CYPHER Learning
Best for: channel programs with named partner tiers that want white-labeled reseller academies

- Company: founded in 2009 and headquartered in Plano, Texas.
- Partner portals: white-labeled portals on your own domain, with access gated by partner organization.
- Tiers and paths: you define certification tiers such as Authorized, Silver, Gold and Elite, run role-based learning paths for sales, technical and support staff, and automate certification renewals.
- Integrations: CYPHER Connect links to Salesforce, a CYPHER Connect recipe covers HubSpot, and built-in e-commerce takes PayPal, Authorize.net and Stripe.
- Recognition: Talented Learning placed CYPHER in the “powerhouse” quadrant of its 2025 RightFit Solution Grid, which lists channel and partner training as a category.
- Limitation: independent sites for multiple organizations come only with the Enterprise plan, and the Salesforce and HubSpot recipes populate up to 10 custom fields. The integrations page lists no lab vendor.
6. D2L Brightspace
Best for: enterprises that want an unlimited number of partner domains, each with its own admin

- Company: founded in 1999 and headquartered in Kitchener, Ontario.
- Partner training: Brightspace offers role-based learning paths, credentialing and certifications for corporate partner training.
- Partner domains: the Extended Administration Solution launches a dedicated learning domain for each audience, and D2L says “there is no limit for how many domains can be supported”. Each domain can have its own admins.
- Integrations: D2L Link has pre-built connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Oracle and Zendesk Sell. Partners can pay when they self-register.
- Recognition: Training Industry listed D2L among its 2025 Top 20 LMS companies.
- Limitation: the per-domain setup sits in the Extended Administration Solution, and the partner training page doesn’t describe it. D2L lists no lab integration, and pricing is quoted.
7. Absorb
Best for: organizations that train employees and channel partners on one enterprise LMS

- Company: based in Calgary and now at absorbai.com.
- Partner portals: the departments and groups feature creates separate, secure portals for partner audiences. Partners get learning paths based on their previous learning behavior.
- Integrations and sales: Salesforce, HubSpot and Zendesk Sell, plus e-commerce with more than 70 payment gateways.
- Customer example: its only published partner case study describes an unnamed home technology company that passes course completion data from Absorb into Salesforce.
- Recognition: Forrester named Absorb a Leader in The Forrester Wave: Learning Management Systems and Experience Platforms, Q4 2025. Fosway rated it a Core Leader on its 2025 9-Grid for Learning Systems.
- Limitation: the integrations page lists no lab vendor, and pricing isn’t published.
8. TalentLMS
Best for: smaller vendors that want per-partner portals at a published price

- Company: from Epignosis, live since 2012.
- Partner portals: each Branch gets its own admin, branding, language and domain, managed from one main account. TalentLMS suggests organizing partners into branches by the product they sell.
- Integrations: Salesforce and HubSpot, course sales through Stripe, PayPal, Shopify and WooCommerce, and external tools over LTI 1.3.
- Pricing: Core costs $119 a month with one branch, Grow costs $229 with three, and Pro costs $449 with 15. Enterprise has unlimited branches at a custom price.
- Limitation: branch caps limit how many partners get their own portal on lower plans. TalentLMS lists no PRM integration and no lab vendor.
9. Intellum
Best for: large enterprises running partner certification programs at scale

- Company: building learning software since 2000, headquartered in Atlanta.
- Partner education: the Creator agent drafts partner learning paths, and vendors create, launch and maintain certification programs. Paid partner courses and certifications sell through Stripe.
- Integrations: Salesforce and single sign-on.
- Hands-on practice: in July 2025 Intellum announced a Skillable partnership so customers can embed Skillable labs in learning paths.
- Limitation: the partner education page doesn’t describe partner admin roles or a PRM integration, and platform pricing is quoted.
10. Thought Industries
Best for: vendors that charge partners for certification

- Company: founded in 2013 and headquartered in Boston.
- Partner training: helps vendors “train and certify channel partners on the differentiated value of your products and services” and earn revenue through paid partner certifications. Celonis runs partner certification on the platform.
- Plans: every tier includes custom learning portals, learning and certification pathways, audience segmentation and a Salesforce integration. The e-commerce engine comes with Professional and Enterprise.
- Recognition: Fosway named it a Strategic Challenger on its 2025 9-Grid for Learning Systems.
- Limitation: Salesforce is the only CRM on its integrations pages, no lab vendor is listed, and all three pricing tiers are quote-only.
11. Litmos
Best for: channel programs that segment partners by tier, region or product line

- Company: selling its LMS since 2007. SAP agreed to sell it to Francisco Partners in 2022.
- Partner portals: the partner and channel training solution segments partners “by tier, region, or product line with dedicated learning portals for each audience”, all managed from one admin login.
- Certification and integrations: structured certification tracks, connections to Salesforce, Gainsight and HubSpot, and e-commerce for certification programs.
- Recognition: Fosway rated Litmos a Core Leader on its 2025 9-Grid for Learning Systems, and Training Industry listed it as a 2025 Top Learning Management System.
- Limitation: Litmos says it connects partner completions to “your PRM or CRM” but names no PRM. It has no published partner training case study and no lab integration.
12. Paradiso LMS
Best for: vendors that want reseller-level portals and a free trial before talking to sales

- Company: founded by Sach Chaudhari in 2011.
- Partner portals: separate, branded portals for partner groups with your logo, colors and domain, plus tiered portal access by reseller level.
- Training and certification: role-based onboarding paths and certification badges with expiry and renewal alerts.
- Integrations and sales: Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, plus courses and certification bundles for sale. A 14-day free trial is available.
- Limitation: on the pricing page, CRM integration is an add-on on both plans and white-label branding is an add-on on Growth. The partner page names no partner-training customer results, and no lab vendor is listed.
How to choose an LMS for partner enablement
- Practice in the real product: if partners install, configure or demo your software, they need to work in it. CloudLabs builds that in. Docebo, Skilljar and Intellum add labs through Skillable or other lab vendors. LearnUpon, CYPHER, D2L, Absorb, TalentLMS, Thought Industries, Litmos and Paradiso list no lab integration.
- Partner portals: if you have dozens of resellers, you want a portal for each one and a person at each partner who can enroll their own staff. Docebo uses Multi Domain, D2L uses extended administration domains, LearnUpon uses Portals, TalentLMS uses Branches and Skilljar uses Student Managers. Docebo, Skilljar and TalentLMS cap domains, sites or branches by plan, and CYPHER keeps separate organization sites for Enterprise.
- Certification design: a course completion shows a partner watched the material. A graded hands-on assessment shows they can do the work, so tie tier promotions to that.
- Data flow: ask whether completions and certifications reach Salesforce or HubSpot on your plan or cost extra, as they do on Docebo, Skilljar and Paradiso, and whether your PRM can read them. No platform on this list names a native PRM data integration.
- Pilot: run two or three partners through one product and compare their first deals with those of untrained partners.

FAQ
What is the best LMS for partner enablement?
For partners who deploy or demo a technical product, CloudLabs, because partners train and certify in the real product inside their own portal. For a large course-based academy with many partner domains, Docebo or Skilljar. For a published price with per-partner portals, TalentLMS.
Do partner training LMS platforms support hands-on technical training?
Few do on their own. CloudLabs runs hands-on labs on Azure, AWS or Google Cloud next to your SaaS product and grades certification on that work. Docebo sells Skillable labs as an add-on, Skilljar connects to lab vendors such as Instruqt and Skillable, and Intellum embeds Skillable labs. The other eight platforms on this list name no lab integration.
How much does a partner training LMS cost?
Most vendors quote. TalentLMS publishes plans from $119 a month with one partner branch to $449 a month with 15. CloudLabs, Docebo, Skilljar, LearnUpon, CYPHER, D2L, Absorb, Intellum and Thought Industries price by quote, and several charge extra for CRM integrations or extra partner portals.
Do I need an LMS or a PRM for partner training?
A PRM such as Impartner or Channelscaler runs the partner program: deal registration, MDF and the partner portal. An LMS runs the training and certification. You can run both and connect them through your CRM. For PRM suites, see the best partner enablement platforms.
Can CloudLabs work alongside an existing LMS or PRM?
Yes. CloudLabs labs launch from Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard or Brightspace over LTI 1.1 and 1.3, and partner engagement signals go to your CRM. A PRM can keep handling deal registration and MDF next to it.
Conclusion
For software vendors whose partners have to work in the product, CloudLabs is the best partner training LMS on this list.
- One system: it is the only platform here that puts the hands-on labs, the per-partner portals and the tiered certification together. Each distributor gets a co-branded portal, content follows the partner’s tier, and Bronze, Silver and Gold status comes from graded work in labs that can combine a cloud with your own SaaS product.
- Labs elsewhere: Docebo, Skilljar and Intellum add labs through Skillable and other lab vendors. LearnUpon, CYPHER, D2L, Absorb, TalentLMS, Thought Industries, Litmos and Paradiso list no labs.
- Partner visibility: CloudLabs sends lab activity to dashboards and your CRM for pipeline attribution, and partners can run labs against registered deals.
- Track record: more than 5 million labs provisioned and more than 1 million participants upskilled, with Check Point, Databricks, Palo Alto Networks and Red Hat on its partner enablement page.
If your partners need product positioning and sales content more than product skills, a course-based LMS such as Docebo or TalentLMS may cover it. If they have to deploy and demo your software, start with CloudLabs.
