FAQ

Question & Answer

What does Spektra Systems do?

We are a partner-focused cloud solutions company, and we build three platforms: SaaSify for cloud marketplace go-to-market, CloudLabs for hands-on lab and workshop environments, and CSP Control Center for Microsoft CSP billing and subscription automation. Between them they cover how software gets sold on the hyperscaler marketplaces, how teams get trained on it, and how partners bill for it.

Which of your products is the right starting point for us?

If you sell software and want to list, transact, and co-sell on the cloud marketplaces, start with SaaSify. If you need real cloud environments for training, workshops, or pre-sales demos, start with CloudLabs. If you resell Microsoft licences as a CSP partner, start with CSP Control Center. Plenty of customers end up using more than one — tell us what you are trying to move and we will point you at the right one.

Who do you typically work with?

Independent software vendors listing on the cloud marketplaces, enterprises and systems integrators running hands-on enablement, Microsoft CSP partners automating their billing, and universities, colleges, and training providers delivering technology courses.

Which cloud platforms do you support?

Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Marketplace listings and co-sell motions work across all three, and lab environments provision on all three. CSP Control Center is Microsoft-specific by design — it is built on Microsoft Partner Center for the Microsoft CSP programme.

Do we have to replace the tools we already use?

No. Our platforms are built to sit inside the stack you already run. CSP Control Center integrates with Microsoft Partner Center along with PSA and accounting tools such as ConnectWise Manage, Datto Autotask, QuickBooks, and Xero; SaaSify connects to your CRM; and CloudLabs plugs into learning management systems over LTI.

How do you handle security and compliance?

We hold active compliance with GDPR, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001:2022, and the Microsoft SSPA programme. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is governed by role-based controls and zero-trust principles, and infrastructure is monitored continuously with penetration testing and regular risk assessments. Our Trust Center has the detail, including how to request data access or deletion.

How do we get started?

Get in touch and tell us what you are trying to solve. We will walk you through the relevant platform, scope what a first rollout looks like, and set up a pilot or a readiness review before you commit to anything.
